We offer a series of executive leadership masterclasses aimed at the C-Suite, Senior and emerging leaders to be delivered by our academic and subject matter experts who will share their lived experience contextualised to meet the needs of the commercial sector.

Exclusivity for NECC members

The masterclasses are designed to be delivered to groups of between 10 -16 delegates and will be presented in a workshop style format combining academic inputs, real life case studies and joint group working to explore and examine the subject matter and its relevance to the commercial sector. The session will be for a full day and will include lunch, refreshments and networking opportunities.

In support of our social purpose. Our Lambton Leadership Academy brand provides leadership training, primarily to the Gulf states with some 800 delegates going through our programme in the last three years. The Lambton Leadership Academy is rooted in socio-technical leadership, underpinned by relevant theory. Our team comprises of distinguished academics who bring innovative thought leadership to the table, enriching our training programs with the latest advancements in leadership studies. Our fearless leaders bring real-world insights and leadership acumen having served at senior level across law enforcement, security, and defence at the highest ranks, ensuring that our training is not only rooted in academic rigour but also reflects the practical challenges facing the commercial sector. Our lived experience combined with academic rigour and up to date knowledge on emerging leadership concepts and models places us in a unique position to transfer knowledge to the C-Suite, Senior Leaders and future leaders for use in the commercial world.
