Controller of Personal Information
Any personal information processed by Digital Safety in connection with this Privacy Policy is controlled by Digital Safety-cic, which is considered the “data controller” of your personal information under European Union and UK data protection law.
There may be occasions when we work in partnership with other parties who also have access to and process your personal data and who will also be separately considered a “data controller” under European Union and UK data protection law. When and why do we collect ‘sensitive personal data’?

No customer information is kept on our website. Client reports or data transmitted is encrypted for transit. Any personal data is held on encrypted storage devices.
